UBC students, Michael Jakac-Sinclair (former FA student) and Mahtab Singh Gill, were were featured in the Richmond News for their Open Doors Educational Awareness Society. Their goal is to empower and provide support to young adults in secondary school with dyslexia & ADHD the learning resources they need to make successful transition to post-secondary.

“I think we’re missing out on a big chunk of human potential,” Steltman said. “People with learning differences think differently and they solve problems in the most creative ways because they are not bound by the finite ways most of us think.”
